The Bookish Pinterest Directory is the place to find book-related Pinterest boards and connect with libraries, librarians, authors, publishers and others using Pinterest.
This Pinterest directory is for librarians, parents, teachers and others who love children’s books. The bulk of this Pinterest directory contains links to Pinterest boards about a variety of book-related topics, from library displays to children’s book recommendations to bookish fashion. - Who’s On Pinterest?
I created the Bookish Pinterest Directory first and foremost for children’s librarians. Pinterest is a valuable tool that children’s librarians can use to help design library spaces and displays and develop programs to serve all patrons, from babies through teens.
Librarians are using Pinterest to discover inspiring images and websites as well as to store and organize ideas that they are considering trying in their libraries. Librarians are also starting to use collaborative Pinterest boards to exchange ideas with one another. I hope that this Bookish Pinterest Directory will help more librarians connect, exchange ideas and find inspiration and support.
Enjoy!
If you have a favorite book-related Pinterest board that is not yet listed in this directory, please submit it via the form at the bottom of this page!
